Generally, I see clients on a weekly basis. However, I also offer sessions fortnightly or less. The frequency of your sessions can be discussed in our initial meeting.

Feeling comfortable and safe is important to help you to open up. This is why I offer a free 20-minute intro zoom call. This gives us an opportunity for an informal chat and you to ask any questions to help you to decide.

As an integrative counsellor I can support you to explore and gain understanding of your feelings without judgement and with empathy.

Yes, our counselling work is based on a unique relationship built on confidentiality and trust.

Only if yourself or others are at a serious risk of harm, or there are child protection issues, or illegal activities such as terrorism, drug trafficking or money laundering would I need to breach confidentiality. 

As part of my ethical practise I have regular supervision to discuss my work, always keeping clients anonymous. My supervisor is bound by the same confidentiality agreement.

Payment is a simple bank transfer which must be made prior to each session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked session, then full payment is still required.

This is up to you, you can decide when our counselling journey ends. We can regularly review how you feel the sessions are working for you.

One session’s notice is required to ensure a safe ending.

I offer both short and long term counselling.

If after our intro zoom call you wish to go ahead with sessions, we will arrange a suitable time slot for both of us and agree the frequency of your sessions.

During our first session I will conduct a short assessment to attain some general information about you, including contact details, why you have sought counselling and what you wish to achieve from our work.
