A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

20240505_124149_edited_edited.jpg

I have experienced difficult times in my life and reached out for support through counselling. Having a space to share and explore my feelings in confidence supported me to see things more clearly which helped me feel less stuck in unhelpful cycles.

Drawing from my own counselling experiences helps me to understand how difficult and even uncomfortable sharing can feel at times. So I understand how important it is to feel heard without judgement and feel safe so you are able to share experiences which may be extremely personal or painful. With my warm, gentle nature I am told that I put people at ease. You will always remain at the centre of our work, exploring what you wish at your pace.

I trained for three years with Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy to become a qualified counsellor.

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. CPCAB

Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies. CPCAB

Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. CPCAB

I remain committed to my learning and professional development and regularly attend

courses, workshops and seminars to build on my knowledge.

I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy BACP.

I abide by their code of ethics, more information can be found at https://www.bacp.co.uk
